NORMS FOR FURNISHING PAN, KYC AND NOMINATION DETAILS

With reference to SEBI Circulars Nos. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2021/655 dated November 03, 2021, SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2021/687 dated December 14, 2021, SEBI/HO/MIRSD PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/37 dated March 16, 2023 and SEBI/HO/MIRSD/POD-1/P/CIR/2023/181 dated November 17, 2023 (“Circular”), SEBI has introduced common and simplified norms for processing Shareholder’s service request by Registrar & Transfer Agent /Company and norms for furnishing PAN, KYC and nomination details.

As per said circular, All holders of physical securities of Federal – Mogul Goetze (India) Limited (“the Company”) are mandatorily required to furnish the following documents / details to the RTA i.e. Alankit Assignments Limited (“RTA”):

  1. PAN
  2. Nomination
  3. Contact Details
  4. Bank Account details
  5. Specimen Signature

In this connection, we request your attention to SEBI notified under mentioned forms:-

Shareholders shall submit Form ISR-1 for updating PAN and other KYC details.

In case of mismatch in the signature of the holder in the records of the RTA/Company, the Shareholder shall furnish original cancelled cheque and banker’s attestation of the signature as per Form ISR-2.

Shareholders shall continue to use Form SH-13 and Form SH-14 for declaration of nomination and change in nomination respectively. However, in case Shareholder wants to opt-out of nomination, Form ISR-3 shall be submitted. Further, in case Shareholder wants to cancel existing nomination, Form SH-14 along with Form ISR-3 needs to be submitted.

Shareholders shall submit ISR-4 for issue of Duplicate securities certificate, Replacement/Renewal/Exchange of securities certificate, Consolidation of securities certificate, Sub-division/Splitting of securities certificate, Consolidation of folios, Endorsement/Change in name of the holder, Claim from Unclaimed Suspense Account & Suspense Escrow Demat Account and Transposition.

Legal heir shall submit Form ISR-5 for transmission of shares in the event of death of registered shareholder.

The folios wherein PAN, KYC details and Nomination would not be available, shall be frozen by the RTA on or after April 1, 2023.

All shareholders, who have not yet dematerialized their shares, are also advised to get their shares converted into demat/ electronic form to get inherent benefits of dematerialisation, as transfer of physical shares except for transmission and transposition cases has been stopped w.e.f 01st April 2019 as per SEBI Regulations and settlement of market trades are taking place only in demat mode.

Members holding shares in electronic (DEMAT) form are requested to verify and update immediately any change in their address or bank mandates etc. to their respective Depository Participants with whom they are maintaining their demat accounts.
